Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and CodeNest ("we," "us," or "our"). They cover this store, the products we sell and our Discord server (together, the "Services"). Please read them before you buy.

1. Acceptance

By buying from us or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

2. Not affiliated

CodeNest is independent. We aren't made, endorsed or supported by Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc. or the developers of any game or service our products work with. Their names and logos belong to their owners.

3. Products and delivery

We sell digital products. Each product page says how it's delivered:

• Instant. You get your item on the order page and by email right after the payment goes through.
• Seller delivers. After payment, we deliver your order by hand, usually within a few hours. You'll get an email when it's ready, and you can always see it on your order page.

Keep your order page link private. Anyone with the link can see what you bought.

4. Your accounts

Some products are used on Roblox, Discord or other services. Using third-party scripts, boosts or modified accounts can break those services' rules, and they may warn, limit or ban accounts. You use our products at your own risk, and we aren't responsible for action taken against your accounts.

5. Payments

You can pay with PayPal, a card through PayPal, Bitcoin or Litecoin. Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our partner KronHub (kronhub.xyz), so your PayPal or bank statement may show KronHub. If something is wrong with your order, contact us on Discord before opening a payment dispute.

6. Acceptable use

You may not resell, share or publish what you buy unless the product page says you can, use our products to scam or harm other people, or attack or abuse this store or our Discord server.

7. Suspension

We may refuse an order, or stop supporting a product you bought, if you break these Terms or open a chargeback without contacting us first.

8. No warranty

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Games and services change often, and a product can stop working after an update.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost accounts, items or progress. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order in question.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the new Terms.
