This Privacy Policy explains what information CodeNest ("we," "us," or "our") collects when you use this store and our Discord server, and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

• Orders. Your email address, what you bought, the amount, the payment ID and what we delivered to you.
• Payments. PayPal handles card and PayPal payments, so we never see your card details. Bitcoin and Litecoin payments are public on their blockchain.
• Technical data. Your IP address when you check out, to stop fraud and abuse.
• Discord. If you join our Discord server, we can see your Discord username and the messages you send there.

2. How we use it

We use your information to deliver your order, send you your receipt, help you when something goes wrong, and stop fraud. We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing emails.

3. Who we share it with

• KronHub, our payment partner, which runs this store's checkout and keeps order records.
• PayPal, for PayPal and card payments.
• Our email provider, to send your order and receipt.
• The law, when we have to.

4. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for support, refunds, payment disputes and the law.

5. Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, or ask us to delete it, on Discord. We may need to keep order records that the law or payment providers require.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top.
