Refund Policy

We want you to get what you paid for. This policy explains when a CodeNest order can be refunded.

1. Delivered orders

Our products are digital. Once an order has been delivered, it can't be returned, so all sales are final, except where the law says otherwise or as listed below.

2. When you can get a refund

• We couldn't deliver your order.
• What we delivered doesn't work and we can't fix or replace it.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

Where we can, we'll first try to fix the problem or replace the item.

3. When you can't

• You changed your mind after the order was delivered.
• A game or service changed its rules, or banned an account, after delivery.
• You shared, resold or misused what you bought.

4. How to ask

Message us on Discord (discord.gg/codenestrbx) within 7 days of your order, with your order number (it starts with CN-) and what went wrong. Refunds go back to the way you paid. Crypto refunds are sent in the same coin, at the amount you paid in US dollars.

5. Payment disputes

Please talk to us before opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback. Most problems are solved quickly on Discord.
